For over four decades my clients have depended on me to provide high-quality value estimates on a wide assortment of real estate in many Northern California counties.  

My specialties include some of the most difficult rural property assignments including partial interest appraisals, waterfront properties, and unique custom homes. 

During the past twelve months I've completed valuations on 1-4 family properties ranging from 716 to 6,078 square feet. To date, I have completed over 14,300 appraisal and review assignments.  

By continuously analyzing local real estate trends in the regions I serve, and staying current on valuation techniques through accredited courses, I've been consistently able to produce reliable home and land valuations for my clients.
