Since the early 1980's my clients have depended on me to provide high-quality value estimates on a wide assortment of real estate in many Northern California counties.  My specialties include some of the most difficult rural property assignments including partial interest appraisals, waterfront properties, and unique custom homes. To date, I have completed over 14,250 appraisal and review assignments.  By continuously analyzing local real estate trends in the regions I serve, and staying current on valuation techniques through accredited courses, I've been consistently able to produce reliable home and land valuations for my clients.
